Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Fetchie.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine error in pricing, product availability, or other circumstances where fulfilment is not reasonably possible. Where an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be provided.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our available payment provider(s).
Delivery
Our standard delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days after processing within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of Fetchie's control.
Product Use
Fetchie products are intended for their described purpose.
The automatic ball launcher should be used responsibly and according to the provided instructions.
For pet safety:
- Use compatible balls.
- Keep hands away from the launch opening.
- Keep pets at a safe distance from the launcher while operating.
- Supervise your pet during play.
- Inspect the product and balls regularly for damage.
Intellectual Property
All Fetchie branding, logos, images, graphics, text, and other original content on this website belong to Fetchie or are used with appropriate permission.
You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or removes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
